A passive practice, postures are held for 3-5 minutes. This gives the body the time it needs to stretch and open the deepest parts of the muscles, connective tissues, facia. Best class for flexibility, meditation, and beginners.
A blend of vinyasa flow and deep yin stretching. In this class you will move, you will be still, you will breathe. On Tuesdays you may sweat. Beginners welcome.
